My Helpmate-accountant-tax preparer is D Smith. Not that my previous tax preparers at Greenback were not all excellent, but D really knows me and my needs and understands my situation (I live in Costa Rica). This year she caught on to the fact that I was not coming forth with my usual tax prep information so she knew that I would not only miss the mid-year filing date, but that I would probably miss the Oct one as well, so she went ahead and obtained the authorizations I might (and did) need. She knows which question she needs to ask me every time. I will continue to swear by (and not at) Greenback for my US tax prep assistance. Keep looking for great people like D.
