I initially spoke with Greenback earlier on in the year and they seemed very professional. However, once I filled out their survey to get a return done, I stopped hearing from them. When the accountant finally emailed me back, they told me it would be one week until I got my return draft. I didn't hear back for a month, and still haven't heard back, despite 3 more emails to them requesting an update. This has never happened to me with other accounting services and it's very unprofessional. I now have had to fill out another tax survey at another company because it appears they're just not interested in responding.I also sent a message to their help email and they were unresponsive.Updating 04/03:Greenback commented on this post and told me they didn't receive a response - however, i emmailed that same help desk email two weeks ago and haven't gotten any response, have not heard back from the accountant at all, and now they're writing responses on this page trying to pretend like I haven't responded to them. @Greenback, i hired another accountant.
