I read the 1-star reviews before writing this, along with the company’s responses to them, and unfortunately, my experience aligns with those negative reviews. The communication has been terrible, the work incomplete, and mistakes have been made—without any resolution. It took months for them to complete a tax return, and nearly a year later, the process is still not finished.I would appreciate if the company could provide any of the resolutions they claim to offer in their responses to other negative reviews. At this point, even a single email confirming when I can expect an answer would be a step in the right direction.
