I was very satisfied with the direct support and guidance provided to me by the accountant assigned to me. He was knowledgeable and very responsive. However, he and I both had to deal with ongoing problems with the website failing to update his draft and final filing documents. Though the help desk were very responsive and professional, the problem persisted for over two weeks. I expect to use Greenback again next year.
