Greenback is a first class tax preparer. They practice good online security, and my accountant -- Prasanth PG -- was competent and detail-oriented. The support team is attentive and intelligent. The only downside is the price, which is higher than you'd expect for someone with a simple tax situation. This would be understandable if they treated their employees well, but the high turnover in accountants suggests otherwise.
