I hired the company to fill out an IRS Form 5471. The first person sat on my request and did nothing. Ultimately, I complained and I was then put with someone that I doubt had EVER completed this form before. By reading the Instructions on the IRS website, I found mistake after mistake. The last error I found was totally ignored. I provided a quote from the IRS website instructions for the Form 5471 but I received NO revised 5471. Don't pay a penny until the forms are perfect or like me, you may just get ignored...
