Stay away from this service! The quality of service downgraded in the last few years as they hire from India to lower their cost but their professionals don't know the IRS rules. If you want to get your tax return reported late and then pay late fees, then stay with them. Their COO recently quit and they have changed 4 accountants on me in two years! The last CPA refused to go on camera on our scheduled introduction video call and claimed that also their phone camera is broken (?!). So I’m supposed to pay $2,000 in fees to an accountant that doesn't have a basic professional standards or tools. Avoid, avoid, avoid, there are other tax services.
