I paid for this service but previously owned by Garden bags. Greenfingers charge you in advance and no clear financial history, so you receive invoices at odd times. No one servicing there daily online presence. They don't reply to emails sent through the customer portal, or address your concerns in a timely manner. I was getting billed for a service i did not receive more than once. In the invoice it states that the truck GPS has it located to my address, so my unanswered question was.... why wasn't my bag changed? I have canceled my account but have been charged another month and noted collection of bin will be 7 to 120 days.I don't recommend Greenfingers.
