We signed up with Greenfingers bags in December 2022 after having an average experience with waste management hoping for better service. It is now March and we haven't been able to get one collection! We have emailed and called several times to receive lame excuses like oh i don't know what happened it looks like you were missed off the schedule or that it hasn't been collected on our street despite us witnessing them driving off after emptying our neighbours that morning. I have never been more disappointed with a company.
