I ordered from this company twice with no issue but on the third time, the product never arrived. When I emailed them to track the shipment, they sent a tracking code that showed it was delivered to a locker by the carrier yet I never received a code to open the locker. The product has been sitting in this locker for over three weeks in freezing weather with no way for me to access it. Green Gruff has not been helpful aside from providing the tracking number, no offer to contact the carrier on my behalf, send a refund or replace the product. I expect better customer service with their expensive products, and at the very minimum, a solution to help rectify the issue. I will not be ordering from them again, which is too bad because I was planning to order the $45 product for my dog once a month until this negative experience.
