We are very satisfied with the service we received. The salesperson was polite, helpful, and approachable. The fitters worked hard throughout the day, hardly taking breaks. There was a minor incident with a cable being cut, but given their workload, it was understandable. We felt they managed a significant task well, especially with the amount we had to move, which the salesperson assured us wouldn't be a problem. We believe the insulation was installed properly, and we're impressed with the overall outcome.
