There is a transaction that still shows pending from February 3. It is now March 4 when I contacted Greenlight and they were unable to provide proof that it was credited, even though I’m showing them we didn’t get the funds and that the transaction is still showing is pending. We are now on day four waiting to hear back from them. Not only that I have to spent more than two hours on the phone. Instead of issuing the refund and processing it as I provided proof from the merchant, they want to contact their technical support team to get the transaction removed without providing proof that they refunded it. I am an accountant I can count we were not refunded and to be honest I will never use Greenlight again. They are trying to offer free months of service as if I would dare deposit anything else on the account Warning do not use.
