They are a bunch of crooks. My daughter’s acct was supposed to disable at 18, I spoke with customer service about it, and they continued taking monthly fees from me for 2 years. It was $6/month so it was easy for me to lose sight of it. I called and they only agreed to refund 3 months. Do yourself a favor and just open an acct for your child with a regular banking institution and put restrictions on it.
