It is very easy to use and to load. Money is loaded in an instant! You can track how it's being used. My mother has Alzheimer's, so for extra protection against the card being used by an unauthorized person we did the custom card and put a big photo of her face on it and then wrote " this card belongs to this person". This solved all our issues!!
