NOT a fan! Had I been aware that I would have only been able to access this account through an app from a mobile phone I would not have agreed. I'm positive that I ordered the $4.99 subscription but had to deposit $10 into the account to open it. Once finding out that I could only access from an iphone or android phone I called to cancel the card and ask for my $10 back and to close the account they let me know that I was on a $14.99 a month plan and that not only was the $10 gone, but I also still have to pay them $4.99 in order to get my account closed. I'm not a fan of a bank account that can't be accessed from a computer. They offer crash detection but can't offer a website to access the account? Crazy.
