Once you pay about 3000$ they transfer you to another person who tells you are not eligible to any program except the entrepreneur program which requires to have 10000$ in your bank account, and they ask you for a bunch of files and papers, so you just give up at the end and you decide to stay in your country before they ask you to pay more!
Then they contact you later to ask you if you have been contacted by their partner Evgeny something (which they have never mentioned before) who "doesn't have his licence anymore" just to appear like they care about you.
