I bought a vehicle through this dealer and it has been the worst experience. The car was supposed to be ready for pickup at 3 PM on Saturday, but it wasn’t ready until nearly 5 PM. Once I started driving home, the steering was terrible, making it feel like I was constantly struggling to control it. The paperwork stated there was a new steering rack, so the dealer must have known about the problem. Today, the service light came on even though the car was supposedly serviced. I tried to call the dealer for assistance, but no one answered. I plan to contact the finance company first thing in the morning to return the car. I would advise others to steer clear.
