I sent a request of withdrawal on the 15th...the clause 6.15 is setting the payment process within 3 working days...today is the 4th..my withdrawal is still under review.. customer support useless they have standard wording to reply..i have asked if I need to provide doc for KYC they told me no...i want my win and no one there cares..
