I attempted to purchase a game but encountered a confusing message stating that I lacked permission to buy it. Then, they suggested I reach out to support! When I did, they informed me that the game was unavailable and that they would look into the matter. This is ridiculous! How can they list a game for sale that isn't actually available? And why ask me to contact them if they have no solution? The response I received seems untruthful. According to support, it’s not available, yet it still shows as for sale on the website.
