I have been trying to reach this company for 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service team, as well as filled out the “contact us” form. I have yet to hear a single word. I was trying to exchange one of my purchased items because I made an error. I was giving as gifts. I will no longer be giving as gifts and prefer to return these items. Unfortunately, because I have not heard back, I cannot return and I am stuck with 3 items from a company I am not going to represent.
