I've suffered for a long time with joint pain in my neck, back and legs but after only a few weeks of taking the oil i've notice a significant reduction in pain especially in my neck. The vanilla is my favorite but the hazelnut is also very good, neither has any aftertaste. I am very impressed with this product.
