I am writing out of deep dissatisfaction after using their services for my trading account. Due to poor management, I lost a significant amount and now have more at risk. The representative made reckless trades without proper risk management. Despite my attempts to communicate, I received no help, and my funds remain stuck. I would like a refund or a new representative assigned to recover my losses.
