Hi I received part of my order but when the rest of it didn't arrive within the week I initially contacted the company about one item but then realised that I was missing 3 items, unfortunately they would only reimburse my initial single item saying that all had left their premises...I am under the impression that due to possibly using a delivery company that is no longer operational this could be why the second part of my order did not arrive....but they did not entertain this....
