Before Christmas 2025, we contacted the service for information and quotes on replacing our gas heating under a government program. We were quickly set up for a visit where a representative explained everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable about the products and also mentioned we could upgrade our old gas hot water system. He detailed the rebates and provided on-the-spot quotes for five heating and cooling systems and one for electric hot water. After accepting, we were contacted to arrange a suitable installation date. The hot water system was delivered before installation. On the installation day, three young tradespeople arrived on time. The team leader introduced himself and his colleagues. They began work immediately after explaining the process to us, working diligently all day with minimal breaks while remaining courteous and professional. They ensured the work areas were clean and that all equipment functioned properly. The follow-up service was just as impressive, with calls to confirm our satisfaction and address any concerns. We are very pleased with the service provided and the wonderful tradespeople who completed the work.
