Before Christmas 2025, we reached out to the service for information and quotes regarding the replacement of our gas heating under a government program. We were quickly scheduled for a visit where a representative explained everything clearly. The representative displayed excellent knowledge of the available products and informed us that we could also upgrade our 30-year-old gas hot water system. He detailed the rebates and provided a quote for five heating and cooling systems, as well as one for the electric hot water, right on the spot. After we accepted the quote, another person from the office contacted us to arrange a convenient installation date. The hot water system was delivered before the installation. On the installation day, three young tradespeople arrived promptly at 7:30 am. The team leader introduced himself and his colleagues. They got to work immediately after explaining the process to us. They worked diligently throughout the day with minimal breaks, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. They ensured that the areas they worked in were clean and tidy and that all equipment was functioning properly. The after-service was equally impressive, with follow-up calls to confirm our satisfaction and address any concerns. We are very pleased with the service provided and the wonderful tradespeople who completed the work.
