I had a solar system installed by Greenstar in December 2025. The service prior to installation was top class with Greenstar doing what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. On the day of installation everything went to plan and the whole system was installed in one day by a very efficient and friendly team. I was in touch with Greenstar from installation up to getting all the paperwork required and a run through the operation of the system on the App.I noticed that the Battery (I had a Fox "all in one" battery and inverter) and noticed that it was not performing as it should. Greenstar were able to monitor the performance and when they were unable to fix it remotely, they arranged to send one of their team around to get it sorted out. When their electrician came around there was also an agent from Fox on the end of a phone. Both Greenstar and Fox operatives were very friendly and efficient and i a very short time my system was sorted out and is performing splendidly. I must say that I am very impressed indeed with the service fro Greenstar and Fox, as well as being very pleased indeed with the system I received fro Greenstar. It has been a pleasure to work with them with the aftersales service being as good as the sales.Thank you Greenstar and Fox!
