Neil provided a detailed consultation service and gave time to research some ideas we had. He was happy to give an opinion when we asked but let us make the choice. We had 2 roller blinds, some perfect fit Venetians for patio doors and a big venetian for the living room. All were fitted well and Neil took the time to make sure they hung straight and worked smoothly. He finished the job in one go despite having to repair some manufacturer's faults on a venetian.
