I’m perplexed as to anyone writing praise for staff at this dealership.Having purchased a new Kia 20 plate, all 5 occasions I have had to visit this dealership staff either from Sales on day one and now Service department have been obnoxious, ignorant never listen, and annoyingly always insist they’re right. On every visit I always feel that I am of no importance whatsoever.Even an enquiry about current vehicles and the availability was really painful. Service department NEVER EVER phone you with a progress report, or let you know your car is ready for pick up. Needless to say my new car, may be a new Kia it will never be from this dealership.
