The packaging and delivery were excellent. I hesitate to give just 1 star, but since I started using the serum and overnight moisturizer at the end of December, I've experienced severe breakouts. New pimples appear each time I apply it, even in areas where I rarely have issues, and I've developed some deep cystic acne as well. While I don't believe it's a poor product, it simply doesn't work for me or my skin.
