I ordered a product and never received, in which I was really looking forward to. After not receiving I reached out to find a status and was informed I would be reimbursed after completing my review without any other explanation. Which leaves me with more questions than answers. I hope that I do recieve credit back as promised . At least that response was quick and favorable. However I still feel disappointed with my result without further understanding.
