My email tonight to Grindr as a Fully subscribed customer
Grindr removed my subscription yesterday , it returned later when I logged back in , I have sent an attachment which clearly shows when my next payment is due .
I question Grindr why u are doing this to your faithful paying customers before the due date , my subscription returned to basic .
The attachment is a notification that Grindr was trying to take £29.99 from my account yesterday , over a week before the next payment was due .
I expect a full explanation of why Grindr is doing this .
It's clearly not right and I may need to escalate this issue as I do feel that this is a case of " money grabbing " and unjust behaviour which is clearly wrong .
This issue must be taken seriously by Grindr and failing a response , I will be compelled to report this to the Trading Standards here in the UK.
