Seems well built my last belt was a custom made cow hide belt and lasted almost 14 years with daily use. It had major wear and my waist fluctuated over those years larger then smaller. So it moved around to other spots which helped it's life. The holes pressed in the belt eventually failed. Two holes ripped and became one huge hole. That belt didn't owe me anything! Great Belt.This belt is made out of stamped aluminium for the buckle and a very sturdy feeling fabric. Not sure what the fabric is? I am sure they say on their website.Since this belt uses this smart grip system, I feel like it will last for years to come.
