Grisport boots are in my opinion fantastic value for money, my wife and I are on our 4th pair each. So I can really talk with experience, I've had a couple of issues along the way and the customer support team are amazing, all postage is paid in advance and the refunds are prompt. I always buy another pair once the problem is sorted.
