Purchased a bandsaw earlier in 2024. Decided I wanted to get the mobile base. I wrote to the company who told me which one to get. Turns out it’s the wrong size and needs two shorter rails. They delivered me the wrong one August. Told me they would order two of the correct rails. They did and are still on back order. It’s almost three months. Their customer service is horrible. They toldMeTo get a saw and cut the two I have. Seriously? I paid to hack a new product? How about getting the correct ones and ship already. Have not been able to use a $1000 bandsaw since I got it. Will Never order from them again. Perhaps I’ll try Jet tools next time.I am convinced that customer service is mainly AI generated. I even saved all the emails I sent and received back. Steer clear of here.
