These guys are so good that I had a package to get lost in shipment. It was somehow status Ing in transit for a couple of weeks and after contacting Grooby they immediately fixed it and decided to just send me another package that is first class customer service. I could’ve gone into the US Postal Service and fill out forms and be asking questions and Grooby just took care of it. This was my second order the first one came without a problem. I look forward to the shipment as far as the product is concerned it is spot on and brought me back to my days in college in the 1970s. This is the real deal.
