Ordered the TrimPod 2.0 as a Christmas present with an expected delivery date of 22nd Dec paying for Express Shipping. After putting the order through I received an email which stated shipping would take 4-8 business days so I replied back asking why when I've paid for express shipping which states 2 business days. They then sent an apology saying my order got delayed and they would refund the £4.99 shipping fee and send it by express shipping for free which didn't make any sense given I'd only ordered a day before anyway. They have now sent me a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn't exist and when you track it on Groom Here website it comes up with China Post which also doesn't recognise the number. My children are so disappointed as this was their dads present but it's not looking like it's ever going to get here, never mind by Christmas Day!
