Bought a second trimmer from Groom so I can leave one at work, signed up for the hygiene plan to receive the discount but found it very hard to confirm the plan so that Groom would post the new trimmer.Contacted them directly and told them that I couldn’t confirm the hygiene plan and actually didn’t need it as I already have a plan and receive a new blade to often.Groom didn’t even respond to my request this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Groom
