The women’s trimpod 2.0 absolutely rubbish, Mine fell apart on the first use, the shaver head won’t stay on, can’t even fix the other attachments to it, they just don’t fit. I have emailed customer service at a U.K. email, even though they are based in France, and I’m sure it shipped from China. I have had no response what so ever, had filled in the online form twice and sent and email with COMPLAINT as the subject and still nothing. I’m sure I paid through PayPal so I’m going to instigate a refund through them. Everytime I see the advert on FB, i put a comment to try and deter people from buying the product
