Terrible service. I have received a faulty item. I am still trying to return it, and customer service is not very helpful, as they do not provide a return label and ask me to send it to their address, which is not accepted by parcel companies. So much time has already been wasted, and I am not sure I will receive a refund for the faulty item received!
