I'm updating my review. Initially, I was very frustrated due to the lack of acknowledgment after receiving a reply to my request. I sent multiple messages with no response. Finally, my review caught their attention, and they responded, promising to resolve my issue. This is a positive step. I previously mentioned a charge of $700, which was in AUD, so I wasn't overcharged. The frustration stemmed from poor response times and a support portal that has felt broken over time. The product/service seems to still be in a beta state as others have noted.
