Been working with groove for years and they never disappoint. The service in itself is easy to use and has a lot of features that makes answering emails or tickets easier for anyone managing a team working with multiple or a single client.Their support team also always does a fantastic job in resolving any issues that come up as well. They will not just reply with some basic troubleshooting nonsense but will actually try to resolve your issue from start to finish. They often sent me follow ups on the issues they resolved as well to make sure we were still well accommodated.This review is long overdue - 10/10 would use groove again.
