I have seen bootstrapped startups working out of their parent's garage fix bugs and provide better customer service than Groove.If Groove doesn't slow down all the hype and just focus on getting the basics right they won't be in business for long. Software isn't easy to use. It is buggy with slow updates and customer support they should be ashamed of.Hope they improve and work out the development and customer success issues.EDIT: THIS REVIEW IS FROM MY EXPERIENCES AFTER REACHING OUT TO YOUR SUPPORT.
