Terrible experience with this company. Shipping times are excessively long. I've been waiting for two weeks and I doubt I will receive the item. Unfortunately, it's for a young person's Christmas gift, so I will have to buy another! This company seems fraudulent at best. Avoid at all costs. They fail to disclose their UK base, leading to unexpected import taxes. A complete scam. This deserves negative stars; the service is appalling.
