Would give 0 stars if possible, this is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. A record I ordered arrived damaged. I requested to return the item for a refund and they refused, offering a small partial refund. Upon pressing for a refund, they began to cite non-existent laws giving them rights to inspect the product and then make a unilateral decision on whether I was due a refund. No such law exists. It took me citing the Consumer Rights Act and threatening legal action to receive a refund.
