Dealing with this company has been incredibly disappointing. The shipping times are excessively long; I've been waiting for two weeks and don't anticipate receiving the item. It's especially unfortunate as it's for a young person's Christmas, so I will need to buy a replacement! This feels like a deceptive practice at best. I strongly advise avoiding this company. They fail to disclose that they are based in the UK, which means additional import taxes. It's a complete rip-off. If I could give negative stars, I would—this company is truly unacceptable and very poor in service.
