Their salesman was pleasant and helpful, and made sure he understood what I wanted. When I sat down in the sample chair he brought with him I thought I had been transported to heaven, it was so comfortable. There was a huge amount of choice of upholstery, too. I waited three weeks for my own chair, to come, and it is excellent. It feels so comfortable, and is sturdy and secure - you can certainly tell the difference between this one and my previous chai.
