What a great and caring company. The female receptionist was pleasant and very helpful, with continuing help if required.Simon & James were great with delivery of my recliner chair. Even cleaned my carpet from debri when placing chair. What a team. Funny, kind and helpful.Peter who did original demonstration was pleasant, kind and thoughtful. Then I received a thank you card from Peter. How thoughtful was that. And to top it off, vouchers and a small teddy bear from the Grosvner Co. Never have I ever had such special treatment from any company for an 84yr old lady with severe disabilities. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommended company from beginning to end.
