This was (thankfully) the first time I had to utilise my private healthcare and it was an extremely smooth and efficient experience all the way through. Within a matter of days of reporting my knee injury I already had an appointment with Mr Luke Jones who was very impressive, and quickly diagnosed the issue following an MRI scan, alongside prioritising the next steps for my rehabilitation. Mr Jones was hugely knowledge and personable, and I can't recommend him highly enough. 5 Stars
