Luke Jones is simply the kindest, most empathetic and expert surgeon, if you have any knee issues, you could not be in better hands. He is brilliant, very very skilful and has a wonderful team around him. The preparation and detail he puts into pre Surgery care is amazing. I knew what to expect and the care plan afterwards was excellent. His Secretary Shona was very kind and helpful too, very efficient and reassuring. It is worth following all the guidelines to the letter.I had my knee replaced 14 weeks ago and am so glad I did. My scar is perfect and I am getting fitter every week.I have recommended Luke to everyone as I think he is absolutely at the top of his game and everyone from the nurses to the physios in the hospital said he was their favourite Consultant.
