I read a couple of reviews from other sites that stated these were good shoes. However, the following morning I read more unbiased reviews. I emailed to ask for a refund. Although my order showed as “processing”, as it was less than 12 hours after purchasing them, they told me they had already shipped. As someone else mentioned, after several emails, with many attempts to lower the price, I got nowhere. I called because their website did not show as shipped either. I was told the shoes had already left the warehouse. I would receive an email soon with the tracking number. I could return them after emailing them AGAIN to tell them I want to return them, and I would get a refund when they arrived back to them. I wish Amazon Prime shipped as quickly as this company. 🙄
